Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role works with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and to deliver flawless customer service.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory with strict food safety standards, help schedule shifts, and drive sales through strong leadership and teamwork. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
