Flynn Arby’s in Troy, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, training, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling and labor costs, and strive to meet sales targets while maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
