Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. This role offers a pathway to advance within the beloved family entertainment leader and a chance to drive sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and performance while maintaining safety and service standards across showrooms, kitchens, and gameroom areas. Competitive benefits apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for younger by local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people or 6 months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
