Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You will manage daily operations, scheduling, and maintain safety and guest service standards in a family entertainment environment.

You will coach staff, analyze performance, and drive sales while upholding cost controls. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture in a nationwide organization.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
• Oversee food safety, ordering, scheduling, and cleanliness for the Kitchen; manage pizza dough and menu items.
• Lead birthday party execution and showroom seating optimization.
• Collaborate with Technical Manager to keep games and equipment in top condition and monitor payouts.
