Job summary

Lush North America is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, guest experiences, and sales goals. As second-in-command, you will support the Shop Manager and guide a team on the floor.

You will uphold Lush's values, coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while promoting ethical beauty and brand standards.

The role requires 1–3 years retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
