Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead sales, customer experience, and store operations. As second-in-command, you will support the Shop Manager to deliver a strong customer and staff experience, shop excellence, and sales results.

You will mentor the team, drive brand values, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting growth within the company. 1–3 years retail supervisory experience is preferred and flexibility for holidays, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
