Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help run the store with attention to detail and to support the General Manager in operating the restaurant, including product production, inventory, staff, and financial performance.

You will train crew on PRIDE systems and food safety, manage shifts, promote great guest service, and drive sales while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems and food safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints to promote repeat visits.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve store goals.
