Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to run a store with attention to detail and a focus on creating positive guest experiences. You will assist the GM with operations, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing, while upholding safety standards and exceptional service.

The role requires leadership to train and coach staff, manage schedules and costs, and maintain a high standard of quality, service and atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Assist in inventory control, ordering, and cash procedures.
• Ensure Food Safety and health standards and train staff on PRIDE systems.
• Develop and coach shift leads and crew to meet goals and maintain brand standards.
