Auntie Anne's | PC AA Rivercenter LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the store day to day alongside the Store Manager. You will lead people, manage operations, and drive results, including stepping in when the Store Manager is away.

You will gain a growth path to Store Manager, with performance bonus potential, paid training, and employee discounts as part of the role. Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong leadership and operational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of QSR / food-service or retail supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, POS, and basic P&L / reporting
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Manager certification a plus (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, opening/closing, and shift coverage
• Help schedule, train, and develop the crew
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and health-code compliance
• Handle cash management, deposits, and daily sales reporting
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Help drive sales targets while controlling labor and food costs
• Serve as person-in-charge in the Store Manager's absence
