Auntie Anne’s DES PERES, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will support the General Manager, coach the team, and ensure high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety while maintaining smooth operations.

The role offers a full-time schedule with growth opportunities and benefits. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory/retail experience, strong leadership, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred).
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and store performance with General Manager support.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
• Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Step in to manage the store in the absence of the General Manager.
