Dhanani Group Inc. in Lockport, IL is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast‑paced Burger King team. You will develop servant leaders, create memorable guest experiences, and balance excellent service with financial goals.

Responsibilities include training new team members, coaching shift teams, monitoring speed of service, ensuring HACCP and quality standards, and partnering with the Restaurant General Manager to drive QSC metrics and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Manages cash handling, HACCP logs, and inventory needs.
• Adjusts people charts and production planning as needed.
• Creates schedules and manages onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
