Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc., a Burger King franchise in Wilmington, IL, is hiring a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations. You will train and coach team members, ensure top guest service, uphold food safety and brand standards, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will schedule, monitor costs, administer HACCP, mentor shift leaders, open/close the store, and collaborate with the GM to implement action plans that improve guest metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews inventory to optimize orders and cost controls.
