Job summary

Lush North America in Tysons, VA is hiring for an Assistant Manager to lead by example in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. You will support the Shop Manager, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand values like cruelty-free and ethical business practices.

You’ll build and coach a diverse team, manage daily operations, and contribute to a store’s growth and success within a company that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Support shop operations, staff coaching, and daily business targets.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure brand standards and policies.
• Help with inventory, visuals, and scheduling as needed.
