Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America seeks an Assistant Manager to lead with our Leadership Practices on the shop floor, supporting the Shop Manager and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise staff, drive sales, manage operations, and develop talent while upholding our brand values of fairness, sustainability, and ethical beauty.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
