Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager at Liberty Center to lead daily operations, support the Shop Manager, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding our leadership practices.

You will mentor staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and champion brand values such as ethical sourcing and cruelty-free cosmetics. This full-time role offers growth from within and a playful, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Exceed daily sales goals and ensure a unique and inclusive customer experience

• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Drive sales through understanding metrics, budgets and reports
