Job summary

Lush North America is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Manager in Washington, DC. You will lead the shop team, uphold brand values, and drive sales while delivering an inclusive customer experience and strong staff development.

As second-in-command, you’ll partner with the Shop Manager to oversee operations, training, scheduling, and visual standards, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
