Job summary

Lush North America is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, customer experience, and team performance at our Reston, VA location. You’ll support the Shop Manager, mentor staff, ensure sales targets are met, and uphold our brand values.

This role emphasizes leadership, service excellence and operational rigor in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment. We seek hands-on leaders with strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for skincare and ethical business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
