Jersey Mike's Sammamish is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, inspire the team, and ensure a great guest experience.

You will lead by example, coach crew members, train new staff, and uphold food safety and quality standards, including opening/closing duties and inventory tasks.

Formación

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience.
• Leadership experience or readiness to advance to a leadership role.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with Jersey Mike's 'Sub Above' standard.
• Prepare fresh subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members.
• Assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe environment.
• Manage shift execution including opening/closing.
• Assist with inventory and minimize food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
