Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful background check.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and cooperative interaction.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet guest expectations.
• Provide training, ongoing coaching, and development to staff.
• Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicating expectations as needed.
• Supervise, lead, and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Ensure service, product quality and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager.
• Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members.
• Maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition.
• Handle and report guest and team member concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed restaurant-wide.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines, policies, and laws.
• Keep neat, accurate records using management tools.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform beyond the position.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and report HR concerns to management.
