Job summary

Zaxbys is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top-notch guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will lead, coach, and develop the team, build effective schedules, and maintain food safety and quality standards.

Ideally you have 1–3 years of management experience, strong leadership, and excellent teamwork. The role requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and holidays in Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-3 years management experience required
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction
