• Lead and develop Associates and Shift Managers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Inspire teams to execute the Mike's Purpose and Team Member Promise while maximizing profitability.
• Run the location in the absence of the General Manager.
• Model expected behavior and performance for staff across all shifts.
• Oversee customer satisfaction, wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Manage operations, costs, inventory, hiring, scheduling and timecards.
• Support orientation and ongoing development through reviews and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
