• Run location in the absence of the General Manager.
• Execute customer satisfaction by maintaining wash quality and handling complaints.
• Manage operations, staffing, inventory, and detergent costs.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance checks, and discipline processes.
• Maintain location maintenance, safety, and policy compliance.
