Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Associates and Shift Managers at their location.
• Inspire teams to execute Mike’s Purpose and deliver on the Team Member Promise while maximizing profitability.
• Run the location in the absence of the General Manager.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and timecard management to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Maintain wash quality and customer satisfaction, handling complaints professionally.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the location and ensure safety and compliance.
