Qualificações

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure customers leave satisfied and handle complaints.
• Operations Management: keep location up to Mike’s Carwash standards, manage costs and staffing.
• Associate and Management Development: assist in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of the team.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: assist GM with repairs and maintenance; keep areas clean.
• Personal Development: participate in a structured management training program.
