Job summary

Mike's Carwash is hiring an Assistant Manager in Training in Ohio to work with the General Manager to lead associates and shift managers, delivering an outstanding customer experience and maximizing profitability. The role emphasizes internal growth and progressing to higher management levels within a fast-growing company.

You will be capable of running the location in the absence of the General Manager and will participate in a structured management training program designed to build leadership

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure customers leave satisfied, maintain wash quality, staffing and handle complaints.
• Operations Management: ensure location runs to Mike’s Carwash standards, assist GM, manage costs and staffing.
• Associate and Management Development: participate in orientation, coaching, performance check-ins, and training.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: assist in maintenance and repairs, track issues and keep the site clean.
• Personal Development: participate in the structured management training program and pursue skills.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Completing all other duties as assigned.
