Job summary

The Escape Game seeks an Assistant Manager in training to support the GM by executing initiatives, coaching the team, and upholding TEG standards through gracious leadership. You will be part of a world-class hospitality team dedicated to anticipatory service.

This role is a hands-on opportunity to learn operations, manage guest flow, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for every guest, with feedback from the GM and Region Leader guiding your growth.

Qualifications

• Must work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Able to handle physical activity: cleaning, painting, lifting 30-40 lbs, minor repairs.
• Align with The Escape Game Uniform Standards.
• Genuine love for serving others is essential.

Job description

THE ROLE:

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from their GM and Region Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
