Job summary

The Escape Game in Gatlinburg is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join the team. You will support the GM, execute initiatives, and coach teammates to uphold our standards while delivering world-class hospitality.

This role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, with readiness to handle physical tasks as part of a dynamic guest experience in The Island at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must handle physical activity (deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs).
• Align with The Escape Game Uniform Standards.

THE ROLE:

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedb ack from their GM and Region Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
