Job summary

The Escape Game is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our Atlanta team. You will support the general manager, coach staff, and embody our commitment to guest-centric hospitality that makes every visit memorable.

As a trainee, you’ll learn operations, coaching, and standards enforcement while managing busy shifts, handling guest needs, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment that reflects our brand values and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting 30–40 lbs).
• Adherence to Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM by executing initiatives and supporting store operations.
• Coach and develop team performance to uphold The Escape Game standards.

THE ROLE:

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedb ack from their GM and Region Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
