Job summary

The Escape Game in Pigeon Forge is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the GM, lead store operations, and coach front-line team members to deliver world-class hospitality.

This trainee role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical tasks, and a strong service mindset. You will learn our standards, participate in performance feedback, and help uphold safety and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Must work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to handle physical activity (deep cleaning, painting, standing, lifting 30–40 lbs).
• Align with The Escape Game's Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM by executing initiatives and coaching team to uphold standards.
• Learn from GM and Region Leader and apply feedback.
• Provide world-class hospitality and anticipate guests' needs.

THE ROLE:

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedb ack from their GM and Region Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
