Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Houston is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create a premier shopping experience for Guests.

You will support Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising, and operations, including cashiering, merchandise displays, and routine store cleaning. This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties, including recruiting Teammates, leading the team, training, and stepping in for the Store Manager when absent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0-3 months retail experience or training; or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to support store operations.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation to reflect Buckle brand.
