Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. The role blends training and motivation with store-wide responsibilities, including leading by example, maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience in retail.
• Retail experience is not strictly required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead and develop Teammates, recruit new staff, and train assignees.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as directed.
• Work with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and store standards.
• Assist in planning and executing store strategies and visual merchandising.
