The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service and sales in our Sarasota, FL store.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to coach Teammates, recruit new talent, and maintain high visual standards while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role blends hands-on selling with leadership duties, including training, performance feedback, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and meet sales goals.
• Lead by example and train Teammates; step in for Store Manager when needed.
• Assist with recruiting and development of new Teammates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and loss prevention.
