Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in training and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, guest service, merchandising and operations in our Gainesville location. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed, with shared responsibilities across sales generation, team development, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience and/or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily store operations.
• Provide legendary guest service and sales leadership to drive metrics.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; lead in absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain visual standards and execute store policies and procedures.
