Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, sales and store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, lead daily tasks, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role combines leadership duties with hands-on sales and merchandising, including training Teammates, managing schedules, visual standards, and upholding Buckle policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related retail experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Lead and develop Teammates, recruit new teammates and support Store Manager.
• Manage store operations, merchandising and loss prevention in accordance with Buckle standards.
• Train teammates and coach on sales presentations and Buckle processes.
