Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support sales, merchandising, and operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop teammates, recruit new staff, and provide leadership in store initiatives.

In this role, you will lead by example in delivering legendary guest service, manage daily store operations, and contribute to achieving sales goals through strong product knowledge and teamwork. A proactive, coaching style is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver legendary guest service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store merchandising and guest experience.
• Experience training and motivating Teammates.
• Ability to recruit and onboard new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service and sales generation in the store.
• Coach Teammates to meet sales goals and standards.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment and training.
• Oversee visual merchandising and floor presentation.
• Support daily store operations and loss prevention.
• Provide leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
