Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, knowledgeable guest service.
• Ability to coach and lead Teammates to achieve sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and store presentation.
• Familiarity with POS procedures and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates to meet Buckle’s sales and presentation standards.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, coaching and development activities.
• Ensure efficient operations, cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
