Buckle in Green Bay is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager who will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising and guest service while leading Teammates. This role includes coaching and preparing teammates for higher responsibilities and ensuring store standards across sales, service and operations.

The position advances from AIT with additional leadership duties; a high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.
