Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Grapevine, TX. This role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and operations while training Teammates and ensuring outstanding guest service.

You will help recruit new Teammates, lead by example with showmanship, and step in as Store Manager when needed, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager and higher duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience helpful.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills with ability to train Teammates.
• Experience in recruiting and developing store staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service, motivate Teammates, and maintain Buckle standards.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in training Teammates and recruiting.
• Oversee merchandising, store operations, and daily performance trackers.
