You will drive sales, merchandising, training and teammate development, while ensuring store operations run smoothly and according to Buckle standards. This progression role starts as AIT and advances to Assistant Manager, with duties expanding to leadership, staffing, coaching and performance accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Related training may be required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and guest service to deliver Buckle standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; support store leadership.
• Assist with merchandising, scheduling and daily store operations.
• Coach teammates on showmanship, product knowledge and service.
• Respond to guests, manage transactions, and uphold loss prevention policies.
