Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Garland, TX is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help lead sales and store operations, assist with training Teammates, and step in for the Store Manager as needed. This role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and provide leadership.

You will recruit, develop, and motivate Teammates, manage merchandising, guest service, and daily store routines while upholding Buckle’s standards of service and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and excellent customer service.
• Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating and educating new Teammates to meet Buckle’s responsibilities.
