Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager in Buffalo, NY. This role offers leadership development, frontline sales, merchandising, and operational responsibilities supporting the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will recruit and develop teammates and potentially assume Store Manager duties in their absence. Compensation includes pay range with base rate plus commission for Teammates, and a comprehensive benefits package for Full-Time teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales and merchandising tasks, including display preparation and checkout procedures.
• Lead and train Teammates, and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to store performance through teamwork.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit and develop teammates.
