Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager for our Colorado store. This role partners with the Store Manager to lead Teammates, drive sales, manage merchandising, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

The AIT path includes progression to a full Assistant Manager position with additional leadership duties. The position offers a competitive pay range of $20–$24/hour, eligibility for bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months of related retail experience considered a plus.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates; assist in recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee sales, merchandising and operational tasks as part of store leadership.
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
• Support schedule planning, inventory, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Drive performance through coaching, motivation and adherence to policies.
