Job summary

The Escape Game Houston is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the GM, drive guest service, and lead a high-energy hospitality team at our two Houston locations in Galleria Mall and City Centre.

You’ll train, supervise shifts, coach teammates, and ensure operations meet TEG standards. Weekend and night availability is required to help deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

THE ROLE

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from their GM and Region Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
