The Escape Game, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training for our San Francisco Downtown location. This full-time position involves supporting the General Manager, coaching the team, and maintaining TEG standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine love for serving others, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility with a schedule that includes nights and weekends. Physical stamina is required for various tasks including lifting and cleaning.

Qualifications

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from their GM and Region Leader.

Requirements

• Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
