Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to other stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales, leadership and coaching for Teammates.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Manage merchandising, displays, and store cleanliness as part of daily duties.
• Plan and execute sales goals with Store Manager and Leadership Team.
