Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Garden City to drive sales, lead Teammates, and deliver outstanding guest service. This role progresses from the AIT position with higher responsibilities in leadership and operations.

You will recruit, train and motivate Teammates, oversee merchandising, and ensure cash handling and store procedures are followed, while maintaining Buckle's standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to recruit and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting and training new Teammates and motivate the team.
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation to drive showroom excellence.
• Execute store operations, POS procedures, and loss-prevention practices.
• Lead by example in leadership actions and provide feedback to the team.
• Partner with Store Manager to coordinate education focus and store initiatives.
