Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold the highest standards of hospitality during assigned shifts. Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while upholding quality, service, cleanliness and profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers and ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and peers; handle HR issues and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations, procedures and promotions.
• Manage weekly inventories and payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Oversee inventory to meet company GAP standards and support managerial decisions.
