Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Appleton, WI location. You will coach Crew Members on shift to uphold Dunkin’/Baskin operational standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead by example, communicate priorities, train staff, and maintain a safe, clean restaurant while driving sales and profitability. This role requires 18+ and a passion for teamwork and guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail supervision preferred.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
