Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor to help recruit, train and develop team members while delivering a guest-first experience. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support marketing and product launches.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or retail supervisory background, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a track record of meeting service and sales goals. This position is on-site in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy to manage registers and schedules.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage simple financials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and developing employees.
• Communicate job expectations and hold team accountable.
• Create a guest-first culture to meet service goals.
• Ensure shifts are staffed and safety, sanitation, and brand standards are followed.
• Support production plans, training, marketing and product roll-outs.
