Qualifications

• Able to express oneself verbally and in writing (English).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by fostering respect and coaching.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of Crew Members.
• Support development of team members through effective cross training.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and behavior.
• Role model exceptional guest service and ensure Brand standards.
• Drive sales by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
